2011 Business License Renewals Renewal forms will be mailed early in January. Please note new fee of $65 for all new and renewing applications. Forms and fees are due by February 29, 2012 to avoid penalties.

 

Anyone engaged in soliciting business within the City of Bainbridge Island or using either a business telephone number or business address within the City must have a business license. A new business must apply for a business license before commencing operation and the license is then renewed yearly.

 

Applications are reviewed for compliance with legal, zoning, and signage requirements. Once approved, the license is mailed to the applicant. This process may take two weeks.

 

To register your business, download and complete the 2012 Initial Business License Application  Return completed applications and fees to City Hall for processing.
