Description: The project objective is to renovate and/or remodel the Bainbridge Island Senior Community Center/Commons building.

The Task Force recommended the remodel project be phased.

• The 1st Phase is to reconstruct the west wing and remodel entry area.

• The 2nd Phase is to reconstruct the east wing and remodel the Commons area.
