Throughout the year, staff will be providing Council with information describing a framework the City might implement to set priorities and organize workplans in a more proactive manner. An overview of this strategic planning approach was provided to the Council at their annual retreat in January. Subsequent presentations provided additional detail on capital asset management, operating needs and service delivery, community opportunities, and revenue options and fiscal capacity.
